ADHD
If your mind feels busy or overloaded, you’re not alone. Many people with ADHD reach out because their thoughts race, emotions feel intense, or life seems harder to navigate than it appears for others.
ADHD can affect relationships, work, and a sense of belonging. Counselling offers a space to explore these experiences without judgement, labels, or pressure.
Together, we gently explore patterns and emotions at a pace that feels safe and supportive. You bring your experiences; I hold the space as you find greater clarity, steadiness, and self-acceptance.

TRAUMA
After a traumatic experience, whether recent or from the past, it’s common to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Sleep can be difficult, and ongoing tiredness can make everyday life feel harder to manage.
Counselling offers a safe, supportive space to explore these experiences at your pace. Together, we can look at how trauma may be affecting you now and, when you feel ready, gently make sense of the past, without pressure to revisit anything before you’re ready.
There’s no need to have the right words or a clear plan. We move slowly and carefully, helping you feel steadier and more supported as you begin to find your footing again

DEPRESSION
Depression can make life feel heavy, isolating, or hard to understand. You may feel drained, numb, or disconnected from yourself.
Counselling offers a space where your experiences are heard and accepted without judgement. You are the expert on your own life, and we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
I listen carefully and may gently reflect what I hear, helping you notice your experiences with more clarity and kindness. Together, we build on your existing strengths and ways of coping.
There’s no need to rush or follow a set path. Reaching out for support can be a meaningful first step.

ANXIETY
If life feels heavy, confusing, or like you’ve been carrying too much on your own, you’re not expected to deal with it all by yourself.
I work with adults, including those who are neurodivergent or exploring ADHD, where life can often feel more intense, overwhelming, or hard to make sense of.
This is a space where you can pause, let things settle, and explore what’s been happening for you in a gentler, more grounded way.
