About Me
Are you living with ADHD, or wondering if it might be part of your experience?
Do relationships or work feel harder than they “should”?
You may have spent years masking, people-pleasing, or feeling like an outsider — slowly becoming disconnected from yourself.
I work with adults who are neurodivergent (diagnosed or exploring), particularly those with ADHD. Many arrive feeling exhausted by the effort it takes to function in a world that doesn’t always feel built for them. Anxiety, low mood or shame often sit alongside that exhaustion.
Therapy offers a space where you can simply be.
Without judgement.
Without interruption.
Without having to explain yourself over and over again.
In our work together, you won’t be told to try harder or just be more organised. I won’t try to fix you. Instead, I stay alongside you as you explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, at a pace that feels right for you.
Where it feels helpful, I may gently notice patterns or messages you’ve absorbed about yourself — especially if you’ve felt misunderstood or dismissed in the past. Together, we begin to untangle these, moving toward greater clarity and self-acceptance.
I bring lived understanding of ADHD to my work and hold deep respect for the courage it takes to begin therapy.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We can piece things together slowly, in a way that feels steady and manageable.
